Monk Mind
#1: Don’t be jealous of the others success.
Jay Shetty book
review
According to
the author, we can complete many difficult tasks in a very short time,
If we can
meditate like a monk.
We are often jealous of the success of others.
But never
think about the value of that successful person.
If you can
predict that value,
You too can
join the ranks of those successful people.
So, think
about what your Value is,
And use that
Value as a shield through great work.
Make a list
of what your values are.
Think again
that you can achieve success through that Value.?
Without listening to what other people say,
Do your work
regularly.
Be confident
in yourself.
Listen to your inner voice.
Monk Mind
#2: Say no to negative thinking
book reading
Due to
negative thinking,
You are
wasting precious time and moving away from success.
Negative
thinking is a disease.
Which we see
in almost all people.
Also
remember, the more negative you think, the worse the situation will be.
To get rid
of negative thoughts, you must be around successful people.
Stay away
from people who are more successful than you, or negative people.
To find
peace of mind,
To forgive
others from the heart,
Can be used
as a large-scale strategy,
Which will
definitely give you a good feeling.
Monk Mind
#3: keep your satisfaction high.
think like a monk
We have so
much to give to the world.
Many of us
do not know the news of that treasure.
By mixing a
spoonful of salt in a glass of water,
That water
will be very alkaline but that one spoonful of salt added to it will not make
the water too alkaline.
Here water is Rejection, and salt is
your perspective.
When your
life is too far-fetched,
What
obstacles, what failures came in the past,
Remember
nothing, success is achieved through regular work.
If you
get jealous of others' success, your happiness will be limited.
And if you
can be so happy to see the success of others, then your level of happiness will
be Unlimited.
After doing
any work, if satisfaction does not come from your mind, then you have to understand
that,
You had a
bad intention towards that work.
Maybe you did that work out of fear,
Or you did
it with your own desire, or you thought it was your duty, or you mixed it with
the sweetness of your mind, but despite the good results, you are not satisfied
with that result because there is only one intention.
Conclusion:
Try to Think Like a Monk
For each
task we have to create our own environment,
Like
libraries for reading books and mosques for prayers.
The author
says,
Every work
we do should be done in a specific place or create a specific environment for
doing that work.
So that we
can finish all those tasks in a short time and each task should be done with a
fixed time,
It will not
waste your time and the work will be much more infectious.
You can do
more Productive and Deep Work by doing a work in a specific environment and
within a certain time.
One of the
greatest signs of our humanity is helping others.
The work you love so much,
And if the
result is useful to others,
Then it
falls into worship.
Helping others should be our only goal.
Because helping and loving someone is like a circle,
you will get more return than what you give.
