John maxwell's one of the best leaderships book Summary

 “The 360 Degree Leader”:

For me, Career and motivational books were not read much throughout my life due to unnecessary feeling.

After calculating, I saw that I was living in a hell last night, there is no use in being rude.
And you have to spend your whole life doing this.

In fact, while working, we have to learn by watching others and making mistakes.
It is quite time consuming.

Rather, some specific directions are available by reading the books of those who have worked in this line for years and have researched and written something.

At least it is less likely to experience the wrong name yourself.

The success of those who work or do small-medium business depends more or less 85-90% on their personality, communication, leadership qualities.
The rest is on knowledge or luck.

And in the whole working life, except for a handful of people, all of them have to be subordinate to someone and work with some of their subordinates, there are many of them.

In other words, we need top-down-across leadership skills to succeed in our careers.

Mr. Maxwell's concept is excellent.

Many misconceptions have been broken; many new things have been learned.

According to him,

the success of any organization is measured by its leadership,
the caliber of the leader is the extent to which the organization will progress.

The main qualities of an ideal leader are the ability to influence, to sacrifice, to take responsibility, to set an example by working
hard, and to avoid credit-seeking mentality and give credit to others.

Even if you don't like many things about the boss, respect his leadership and appreciate his strengths.
Not pressurize by politicking with equals and allow subordinates to develop leadership qualities.

Promoting a subordinate without being jealous, entrusting him with responsibility and appreciating and rewarding him for his success.

If you need to rant, hide it separately.
Even if you don't get immediate results if you do these things, day by day you will stand out from everyone in terms of leadership and this will be considered as your strength.

According to Maxwell there are five types of leaders.

Positional, Permission, Production, People Development and Pinnacle.

You have to climb up by practicing slowly.
Leadership does not depend on the success of a single task.

A leader builds an image or brand value by acquiring all the qualities.

In the short term it may not seem effective but in the long term it makes the individual stand out from the crowd.

However, there are many concepts in his book, it will be good to read.
